Lilou Vidal is a new member of the curatorial team of the Disegni section at Artissima 2021. She is an independent curator and editor based in Brussels and Torino. She is the founder and director of the non-profit organization Bureau des Réalités. She has been recently nominated to curate the 22nd edition of Fondation Pernod Ricard Prize (Paris, 2020-21) and the centenary monographic exhibition of Ernesto de Sousa at Galerias Municipais in Lisbon (2021). She organized several monographic and group exhibitions and she has worked as a curator at Kunsthalle Wien. She has edited several books and monographs and works regularly with publishers and magazines such as Sternberg Press, Paraguay Press, NERO, H ART. She taught the Actuality of the Arts at the National School of Visual Arts of La Cambre (ENSAV), Brussels. She is also guest lecturer at HISK, Ghent, a member of the CNAP Committee, Paris and of the IKT.
